When you give a command to your HP Printer to print, the printer shows an Offline error message unfortunately. Such a problematic situation can only happen when your printer is set to “Use Printer Offline” mode. Therefore, you are strongly recommended to verify your printer first and if it is really in Offline mode, change the status from HP Printer Offline to Online. In case, you are not proficient to do the same, don’t worry! Just go through the following steps accordingly in an appropriate manner:
• Click “Start” and then go to “Devices and Printers” folder
• Right-click the HP Printer icon
• Click the „See What’s Printing“ option
• Click the „Printer“ menu in the window that opens and uncheck „Use Printer Offline”
Now, your printer will turn to Online and start printing
